Description
This group of songs shows the evolution of the Rickey Lee Stone Band. Backup singers were added to the group and the arrangements become a bit more expressive and full. The song “I Drive My Car” was an experiment to see if ones heart beat could be raised just by listening to the steady tension of instruments, voice and metal against metal. Rickey Lee also used an overlapping string bend to achieve some of the dissonant tension that one hears in the song.
